Build-A-Flower: Magnolia Release + Giveaway

Hello friends!!
It's the most exciting time of the month....

s
Altenew monthly feature Build-a Flower release is here!

This month's is Magnolia!
I don't know about you, but I have seen so many Magnolia trees and flowers in my neighborhood.
May is definitely the month of Magnolia

The stamp set and die set won't be available for purchase individually - it's only available as a set. It comes with photo instructions, but I find I didn't need it much since the images are pretty much self-explanatory.
Altenew_Build-a -flower (Magnolia)_Virginia #5 (2)

This set comes with 4 images for the magnolia (including the outlines).

For this card, I followed the guide and stamped the images. I embossed the image with WOW Glitter Midas Touch EP. I also embossed the bottom part of the card stock to ground the images and made it look more cohesive.

For My 2nd card, I stamped the image with slightly different color combo than the first. With Altenew Inks (see links below) and Gold Delicata, I was able to achieve a rich look with the magnolia.

I hope that you are able to see the dry-embossed details with the magnolias. This can be easily done with the help of Dry-embossing Mat (such as Spellbinders ).

I love adding gold to my design. With the Gold Wink of Stella and gold glitter tape from Altenew Card Kit, the card has more WOW factor!

I hope that you are getting some ideas about this Build-a Flower set. I could not stop at just two....I have just one more card with this stamp set/die and will share it with you soon.

Virginia you've only used that Midas touch EP on one, but you've got the Midas Touch with every card you make! LOve that color combo, and the dry embossing on card two! No need to tell you how happy I am to see GREY every time! xx
